Quiet Productive Day

It's a grey day out today. Which naturally makes it a quiet day for me. I woke up around 10 a.m., put on my pajamas (I say the rest of the world has it on backwards!) and walked to my computer. It was acting weird, so I restarted it. All was quiet, I was ready to take in the quiet morning light through the dining room window. Then suddenly I heard my husbands footsteps, rushing towards me. He was sound a sleep! What's going on? He wanted to tell me that he messed up my Dashboard yesterday as he explored my mac. He deleted my individual widgets because he could not figure out how to get out of there. OK, that's not a big deal,... but how do I get them back? Well, apparently he learned enough from the mac's online tutorials to show me how to do that. Yay! Now, I have more widgets than my desktop space. Hmm, can I move some widgets to my 2nd and 3rd and 4th desktops? Those working spaces I am still trying to find good use of. This is something I must explore.

I made smoothie and toast for breakfast, as it is my task to make weekend breakfasts. You can see the picture here, and the domestic randomness of this morning. We ate by the couch, then we watched some of our TV shows we like that were recorded. We love DVR.

I sat back in front of my computer. It is now dinner time. I am proud to say I dealt through 300 plus emails sitting in my inbox. It's been accumulated over some time, and was really annoying me and weighed me down. I respond to important email via my iPhone, but there were bunch of news letters, announcements, missed and/or ignored emails in there. All gone, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Time for dinner. Where was my lunch?

Hungry.

P.S. We are gonna eat tomato soup and mushroom & cream cheese turnovers. Yum!
