This Sunday morning, with my sister's help, successfully made Japanese 'hottokeki' pan cakes. Hot Cakes are sweeter and fluffier as it rises in the pan to about 1/2 inch. While my sister was watching the cakes, I made mango-strawberry smoothie, with a bit of pineapple and raspberry honey. Delicious!!!
