I saw this beautifully colored chrysanthemum on my way to meet some girlfriends for dinner at Otto just above Washington Square. I had just past Houston and was continuing north on a street with a garden, near West 4th Station. I was coming from Broadway and Canal, so I didn't need to go so far west, but what a nice detour it was to meet such a lovely flower.
